1. Our Services
We provide software development, design, and consulting.
Your project details will be outlined in a Proposal, Contract, or Statement of Work (SOW).
Need extra features or changes? No problem—we’ll update the estimate and timeline before moving forward.
2. Payments
Fees and payment schedules are always shared upfront in your proposal.
Invoices are due within [15] days.
- If a payment is late, work may be paused. Interest of [2]% per month may apply

3. Who Owns What
Once your project is paid in full, you’ll own the final deliverables.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, and frameworks—but you’ll have full rights to use the final product.
Until the last payment is cleared, all work remains our property.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and business information. Both sides agree to:
- Keep confidential info safe.
- Not share it with others unless required by law.
5. Quality & Limitations
We promise to deliver high-quality, tested work.
- That said, no software is perfect.
- If issues pop up during the [warranty/support period], we’ll fix them.
- But we can’t guarantee the software will work flawlessly in every possible environment.
6. Limiting Our Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability will never exceed the total project fees you’ve paid us.
7. Your Role in the Process
Provide timely feedback, information, and approvals so we can stay on schedule.
Delays on your end may extend the project timeline.
8. Ending the Agreement
Either of us may end the agreement with [30] days’ written notice.
If the agreement ends early, you’ll be billed for all work completed up to that point.
We may also end the agreement if payments are overdue or terms are seriously breached.
9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of [Indian Government].
If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it through friendly discussion.
If that doesn’t work, it will go to the courts of [India].
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll notify you of major changes.
